Installation/Repair Tech – Deer River, MN

Paul Bunyan Rural Telephone has an immediate full-time, job opportunity for a responsible install/repair person, reporting to the Deer River, MN office location. Qualified applicants need two years of certified telephony or equivalent training and experience in the fields of telephone installation and repair, fiber and copper wire splicing. CATV experience helpful. Must have acceptable driving record. CDL and Power Technician certification a plus. Excellent benefit package.

(Entry Level)

Paul Bunyan Telephone is seeking someone that truly enjoys helping people.

Qualified applicants must be able to provide helpful, friendly and knowledgeable Internet technical support over the phone and in person at our Grand Rapids office.

Applicants must have outstanding customer service and problem solving skills, along with experience in a business environment and a strong foundation of business ethics. Other responsibilities may include training, hardware/software installation and repair.

Extensive Windows or Macintosh, Internet application and customer service experience is strongly preferred. UNIX and networking experience is a plus. Some evening and Saturday hours will be required for this position.
