If you subscribe to the Long distance control feature, all long distance calls will be blocked unless you remove the block with the pin number you received when you signed up for the service.

Extra service charges may apply if added after initial hook-up.

How to Use Long Distance Control

• Instructions vary by you equipment. You may try both options below. If you have any questions, please contact our business office.

Option 1

Set Up Your PIN:

• Dial *12
• You will hear a stutter tone
• Enter 7 7 7 7
• You will hear a stutter tone
• Enter your new 4 digit PIN
• You will hear a stutter tone
• Enter your new 4 digit PIN again for confirmation
• Hangup

Using LD Control:

• Dial *13
• Enter your PIN
• You will hear a stutter tone
• Dial 1+ you long distance number

Option 2

Set Up Your PIN:

• You will setup your PIN when you sign up for service.
• If you need to change your PIN, you need to contact our business office.

Using LD Control:

• Dial the long distance number
• You will hear a stutter tone
• Enter PIN number
